The campus is spread across an area more than 65 acres of land and offers all the utilities that can be required for the students. Some of the facilities are listed below

CLASS ROOMS

Spacious lecture halls fit with good audio-visual aids give the right ambience for the teaching and learning process.

LABORATORIES

The laboratories in VIP are spacious and well equipped for conducting regular practical and for carrying out research as well.

LIBRARY

A library is a part and parcel of every educational institution. The knowledge contained in the prescribed courses has to be complemented and supplemented by studying books and journals provided by a library. Our college library maintains sufficient titles covering the various disciplines of Pharmacy and life sciences. There is a large number of national and international journals, magazines, and back volumes. These are procured in order to keep the students and teachers abreast of the ongoing research findings in the different fields of knowledge. The library comprises of Librarian office, Issue return counter, Stack area, and reading room. It is managed by dedicated library staff comprising of an Assistant Librarian, Library attendant, and a supporting staff member. Our aim is to develop the library as a centre for information and knowledge to the members of pharmacy.

The library provides information services and access to bibliographic as well as full-text digital and printed resources to support the scholarly and informational needs of the Institution. Wi-Fi enabled computer labs contains a myriad of resources including online databases, DELNET, e- books, e-journals, ex-pharma series software, EL software among others.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

Excellent facilities including a well-equipped gymnasium, the impressive cricket ground, Hockey & football fields, basketball courts and volleyball courts, a vast ground and a high-tech multipurpose indoor stadium are available in the Campus.

HOSPITAL

The Institute hospital, located in the campus, includes facilities to address the general health problems of students. There are well-equipped laboratories for all tests, X-Ray and in-patient wards, while an ambulance facility are also available. Our students are given hands on training in the pharmacy of the hospital as well as in various departments as part of our co-curricular activities.

CAFETERIA

The campus has a couple of food joints, mostly visited by hostel members looking for something different.

TRANSPORTATION

The Institute provides bus transport facilities for all the employees and students.

HOSTEL

VIP is a residential institute and provides accommodation to students in the hostels. There are general rules for all hostels – and in certain cases, rules for specific facilities within the hostel – that all residents have to abide by.

MEDICINAL GARDEN

With an objective to make a cleaner and greener environment and make the students aware of various herbal plants and help them to understand their economic & medicinal use, a medicinal garden is established having varieties of medicinal tagged plants.

COMPUTER LAB

A computer lab is also present within the pharmacy college. The college emphasizes computer training for the students and one of the applications of the computer which can be helpful for the pharmacy student is computer-aided drug designing. Students can also avail the internet facility to look for different career opportunities like jobs or for admission to fellowships program.
